{"id":309925,"date":"2025-07-30T11:21:17","date_gmt":"2025-07-30T09:21:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alicanteturismo.com\/events\/gastro-lunches\/"},"modified":"2025-07-30T13:13:42","modified_gmt":"2025-07-30T11:13:42","slug":"gastro-lunches","status":"publish","type":"mec-events","link":"https:\/\/dev.alicanteturismo.com\/de\/events\/gastro-lunches\/","title":{"rendered":"Gastro Lunches"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"5355\" data-end=\"5709\">The <strong data-start=\"5359\" data-end=\"5432\">Valencian Community Hospitality and Tourism Confederation (CONHOSTUR)<\/strong> \u2014 through its members <strong data-start=\"5455\" data-end=\"5483\">ASHOTUR, FEHV, and APEHA<\/strong>, and in collaboration with <strong data-start=\"5511\" data-end=\"5543\">Turisme Comunitat Valenciana<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"5552\" data-end=\"5578\">Alicante Tourism Board<\/strong> \u2014 invites citizens to take part in the <strong data-start=\"5618\" data-end=\"5655\">third edition of \u201cGastro Lunches\u201d<\/strong>, to be held from <strong data-start=\"5673\" data-end=\"5708\">September 25 to October 5, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5711\" data-end=\"5884\">This initiative celebrates the <strong data-start=\"5742\" data-end=\"5754\">esmorzar<\/strong>, a deeply rooted Valencian culinary tradition, highlighting local gastronomy through creative dishes based on <strong data-start=\"5865\" data-end=\"5883\">local products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5886\" data-end=\"6218\"><strong data-start=\"5886\" data-end=\"5918\">Participating establishments<\/strong> must offer a <strong data-start=\"5932\" data-end=\"5955\">complete lunch menu<\/strong>, including classic shared starters (peanuts, pickles, salads), a main dish (such as a sandwich, coca, stew), and the essential <strong data-start=\"6083\" data-end=\"6096\">\u201ccremaet\u201d<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"6100\" data-end=\"6113\">carajillo<\/strong>, showcasing the craft of local baristas.
