D*na Festival<\/strong> returns to D\u00e9nia<\/strong> for its 8th edition<\/strong> on September 27 and 28<\/strong>, firmly established as a major showcase of Mediterranean gastronomic culture<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Curated by three-Michelin-starred chef Quique Dacosta<\/strong> and organized by the D\u00e9nia Creative City of Gastronomy Foundation<\/strong>, this year\u2019s festival celebrates cooking as an artistic and collective expression<\/strong>, rooted in the territory and its people.<\/p>\n

This edition highlights gastronomy as a total art<\/strong>, in dialogue with other disciplines like music, dance, film, literature, and visual arts<\/strong>, which will enrich the festival’s artistic journey.<\/p>\n

D*na 2025<\/strong> is a sensory and cultural experience<\/strong> open to all audiences. Local producers and artisans<\/strong> from Marina Alta and the Valencian Community will present their work with a deep respect for tradition and the environment \u2014 including farmers, fishermen, winemakers, cheesemakers, salters, bakers, beekeepers, and food artisans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Products will be displayed in booths along an artistic route<\/strong>, where each ingredient tells its story: oils, jams, sausages, wines, fruits, breads, and sweets that reflect the rich Mediterranean culinary landscape.<\/p>\n

Local hospitality establishments<\/strong> may also participate with tapas-style dishes<\/strong> based on local ingredients and inspired by an artistic discipline<\/strong>, offered in the festival’s tasting areas.<\/p>\n

The program will feature talks, showcookings, and workshops<\/strong>, where artisans, chefs, and artists<\/strong> will share their knowledge and emotions through the art of cooking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Alicante Municipal Tourism and Beaches Board<\/strong> will take part with a showcooking on the main stage<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
