PURPOSE: To be able to comply with or adequately respond to your request.
LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
The powers exercised by the Town Hall are granted under Law 7/1985, of April 2nd, Regulating the Bases of Local Government, and Law 39/2015, of October 1st, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Data will be kept as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. They may be retained longer solely for archiving purposes in the public interest.
RIGHTS
● Right of access. To know which of your personal data is being processed, for what purpose, its origin, and whether it has been or will be shared with third parties.
● Right of rectification. To correct any inaccurate personal data related to you.
● Right of erasure (“right to be forgotten”). To delete personal data that is no longer needed, for which consent has been withdrawn, has been obtained unlawfully, or in other cases outlined in the GDPR.
● Right to restrict processing. While objections are being resolved, when you explicitly request it, or when the Alicante Municipal Board of Tourism and Beaches no longer needs the data but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
● Right to data portability. To receive your personal data, provided to the Alicante Municipal Board of Tourism and Beaches, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transfer it to another data controller.

You can also request the restriction or cessation of data processing, providing, if necessary, the legal basis for your request.
