More than 2,000 athletes, walkers and Nordic walking participants will take part under the motto \u201cOur challenge: hope\u201d<\/em> in the new edition of the Cities Race Against Pancreatic Cancer<\/strong>, a sporting and charitable event in support of research into this disease.<\/p>\n

The 5 km fun run<\/strong> will follow an urban circuit<\/strong> with both the start and finish lines at the Joaqu\u00edn Villar Athletics Stadium.<\/p>\n

12:00<\/strong> Children\u2019s races<\/p>\n

Registrations<\/strong> are available at carreracancerpancreas.es<\/a> with charity entry fees of \u20ac13 (adults) and \u20ac5 (children up to 14 years old).<\/p>\n

Bib and T-shirt collection<\/strong> will take place on Saturday, 22 November, from 10:00 to 13:00 at the Quir\u00f3n Salud Clinic (Calle Cruz de Piedra, 4), and on race day from 8:30 at the stadium.<\/p>\n

Organised by Grupo Brotons<\/strong>, Acanpan<\/strong>, Aespanc<\/strong> and Aeg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The City Hall fa\u00e7ade<\/strong> will be illuminated in violet on Thursday, 20 November to mark World Pancreatic Cancer Day<\/em>.<\/p>\n
