DESCRIPTION:The Costa Blanca Tourism Board, the Alicante City Council, and APEHA are organizing various showcooking events featuring tapas prepared by the best chefs in the province on the following dates: September 15, 16, 17, 22, and 23.\nThe kitchens at the Educational Consumer Resource Center (CERCA) of the Alicante City Council will host the third edition of the gastronomic event « La Millor Tapeta del Món ».\nThe initiative aims to promote and showcase tapas as an international hallmark of identity, blending tradition, high-quality products, and innovation.
